We've been using Monroe Animal Care Hospital for 12+ years. Dr. wise and the staff have always been extremely friendly, knowledgeable and caring. We have 3 dogs and have had multiple issues with them. They have always known exactly what to do and have talked us through their care and treatments so that we knew what to expect. We wouldn't go anywhere else.
This clinic is the best in the area in every way. Short wait times. Friendliest, AND most knowledgeable staff. What you get here for your money makes the other clinics look like complete crooks. This is THE place to take your animals. I refuse to go anywhere else.
We have been using Monroe Animal Care for close to 10 years now and we have had nothing but great service for our dogs and cats. The veterinarians and staff all genuinely care about the animals they care for. Friendly and professional at the same time and they always followup when we've taken our pets in for anything other than routine exams.
We also use them for boarding when we are out of town and can't get someone to otherwise care for our for legged family members. Always great service.
Dr. Wise is an excellent Dr. in every way.
This has always been my preferred clinic. I was once forced to go to another one in the area for an urgent visit. I was charged three times more than I would have been at this clinic. What's more, not only did they not solve my animal's very simple issue, but I truly believe they set me up to have to return for further expensive tests.
The professionals at Monroe Animal Care Hospital are always cheerful, helpful, and easy to work with. I love taking my dog there and it's worth the hike for me to give my dog the best. They helped to keep my cost within my budget (and a sign in the clinical rooms tells you to let them know if you have budgetary concerns). You can tell they love animals and are good at what they do.
She and her staff are friendly, helpful, professional and very caring towards the animals that they have as clients. I highly recommend this practice!
