Since this place has switched to the new owners, it's horrible. They can't get their billing system in check, the people at the call center are rude and can't even answer a billing question properly. I just got a new house so I'm moving my stuff out ASAP but I'd use somewhere else in the future. (EDIT) The ONLY redeeming quality at this place is their office manager Mary. She is BEYOND helpful, sweet, excellent costumer service skills, if they could clone her to work in the call center they'd be great lol
Damn right ms warren! Lol they wont answer my calls... its like they have the phone set not to ring in office at all....gggggrrrrrrr im getting really upset!
Very easy application and start up service online. Easy to obtain new gate code. Very friendly staff.
I just vacated 2 units. Mary Dauphin was very helpful with a few problems including a lost key - found a spare from years ago! Good clean units, well ventilated.
