We used to go here fairly often however we have stopped as the service and food has gone downhill... I usually did drive thru and on many occasions i was asked to pull ahead and someone would bring my order. I'm ok with that however, a few times it would be longer than 15-20 minutes... One time they even forgot about me and i drove back around through the drive thru to remind them. I have had multiple times where they mess up the orders, not special orders just standard burgers. on time i called and complained that they messed up on every burger and the said i could go back and they would remake the burgers, i had already told her i lived 20 minutes away. she said well if i want to go back they would remake them and give me a free pie!!!! how about a refund for the burgers they messed up... Terrible service there
I had a good experience at checkers today. The food I ordered was hot and taste really good. I ordered a chicken bite box and two chili dogs.
