After my a/c system failed (original system on 23 year old home), I called around to about 8 different companies. Snellville Heating and Air was the most cost effective and had the most options. The sales person was extremely pleasant and nice to work with. I also had a separate meeting with Jack Peavy, their marketing rep and he helped clear up other questions and concerns I had. The installers showed up on time, were careful on not tracking dirt on our carpet. They were efficient and cleaned up after the job. A week later, the supervisor came to inspect the installation and answer any questions. I am extremely happy and my Georgia Power bill was cut in half compare to the same month last year. I highly recommend Snellville Heating & Air.
Mark serviced my Air Conditioning unit and was extremely professional, honest and quick with the fix. I'll definitely be using Snellville Heating, Air and Plumbing in the future and will continue to refer them to my neighbors and local friends.
Made an appointment last Friday for today Moday August 7, 2017 and no one showed up. I didn't receive a call and I put off a few errands so they could come by and fix my air.

After waiting all.day for someone to show up, it was obvious the tech did not want to be there. He advised us that we needed a new motor, took the old one out and left. Said someone would be out the next day with a new motor. No one showed. We called. They didn't even have us down. We had to get ugly with them just to get someone else to come out that night. They came out and had no idea what was wrong. They had to call another tech. At this point we had 3 techs at our house around 6pm. It happened to be 90+ degrees outside. Once the new tech came we were told it wasn't the motor but the mother board. They had to put the old motor back in and order a mother board. Another 3 days later, after we called again to check on the part they finally came out and put the new mother board on. Now, it's been about 3 weeks. We have a huge puddle where the air conditioner is leaking. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They use to be great. We have used them at least twice in our previous houses. They have gone way down hill. Very disappointed
