Great dg course
Every April a kids fishing tournament is held. After that, it is open fishing until august. This is a great lake for catching channel catfish while teaching kids. I have yet to not have an unsuccessful day.
Love it, plenty of open space! They have a nice little playground for kids and a nice little pond to feed the ducks!
Decent for Monroe.too many turtles for fishing also really shallow. Nice frisbee golf course if you're into that sorta thing. Moderately clean and can be empty on weekdays.overall decent and safe.
