I just went potty while waiting and the bathroom smelled so good. Wished my bathroom at home smelled that good. If I'm being completely honest, it could use an overhaul (updating) as it looks the same as it did from when I was a teen in the 90s. At the very least, it could use a deep cleaning. I wished I knew her name, but seems I'm helped by the same lady every time I come in there and she's always great!
This place is a complete and utter JOKE, deserves zero stars. Children running the place do not care one bit about the establishment or the customers. Visited at 8:30, dining room open for another hour and a half, they had poured out the sweet tea and wouldn’t make anymore, told everyone they were out of salad (doubtful) and there was one girl trying to service the entire dining area while another girl just stood at the counter goofing off doing nothing. Multiple tables were complaining, sat around for 45 mins and never received any food. Stood up and walked out, what happened to Pizza Hut? Used to be a great company, now every location I have visited in the last few years has been awful.
Got told to F**K you by staff member Leah. I Ordered on line, that was easy enough. When pizzas arrived we started eating, on the first slice we found a hair. I called them and a female named Leah answered the phone, told her the situation, her response was bring me the pizzas and I'll remake it, I told her were not hungry anymore so a refund would be best and we ordered delivery because we didn't want to go out. After I told her that wasn't an option she got very rude, again her name was Leah. I asked her who's the manager she responded I am, I'm the manager, the lead, I'm everyone. I responded, I find that hard to believe. Leah then responded FU*K you and hung up on me. When I arrived at the store with the pizzas she was in the back making pizza periodically peaking around the corner ( a real telephone tuff guy- until you show up in person). She's not the manager she not even a supervisor. I would not recommend this place, hair in the food, poor customer service and you'll get cursed at by the staff.
Walked in this evening to place a take out order. Cashier is chatting with another customer about their children. Goes on for minutes, I get a menu to look at. In the meantime another customer walked in to pick up her order.
I put the menu back and went to Papa John's that is about 150 feet away and order 3 large pizzas.
She is being completely ignored. After I make some eye contact, not even "are you ready to order" is being asked. She keeps talking with the other customer about her kids etc.
Very poor experience.
When I pull out, I see that the lady who was there to pick up an order is finally helped.
Went there lastnight for my daughters birthday dinner we was the only ones in their and you can the employees have friends come by talking hanging out and the workers kids running around crying on the floor and acting a fool i didnt know they opened a daycare
