I absolutely recommend Mr. Ballard in any case. He went above and beyond on my case and had not one, but both of my DUI'S dropped. He worked with me through my entire case and did everything he could to make things as comfortable as possible. Marcy Hanks is hands down the best lawyer around. She is intuitive, prepared and overall best at what she does. No need to worry if you have Marcy by your side!
Be careful what you sign with Marcy. She tells you she will represent you but what she doesn't say is that any money you pay that you don't use, she keeps as a "nonrefundable" deposit. She swindled my husband out of $3000 and after he confronted her via email (because you can't get her on the phone) she pretty much said that's how she runs her business. This is unethical. Save your money. She's scandalous.
