The store is fine. But sear the company is horrible to deal with. Do not buy the extended warranty. It means nothing.they cant get a simple microwave fixed.
I will not buy anything from sears again.

I had a great experience at the Sears Hometown Store. A very knowledgeable sales person (Wayne) answered all my questions. We talked through all of the features I was really concerned with and then narrowed down the list of appliances that had those features. He looked up all of them individually to find out when the soonest delivery would be. I ended up with appliances with all the features I wanted, a delivery when I needed it, and most importantly at the price point I was looking for.
