I originally gave this company a bad review based on an experience with one of their salespeople. I thought that was the end of my dealing with them. I was wrong. I received a call from one of their managers asking about the details of my experience. He was genuinely concerned about what happened and stepped up to make things right. We are going forward with a roof repair and I am confident it will get done right. It's nice when a company cares about its reputation and the customer.

My friend recommended Southern Elite Contracting Inc. to me after they did his did his roof on insurance proceeds. I called them and that week we had Brandon come out and inspect our roof. We also had a discontinued shingle that he explained would be covered if it had storm damage. It turned out there was enough damage for the insurance to pay for a full roof replacement. Brandon took care of the whole process and made it easy. I had a new roof without ever having to deal with an adjuster by myself. They made the process a breeze and I wouldn't go anywhere else, they take care of you here! I'm looking to have them do my kitchen remodel this summer.
