If you need to ship, this UPS store is a last resort....every..I mean every time I go to ship I end up leaving. SHIP ANYWHERE ELSE.
They are very slow and rude. I got a paper in the mail from them saying i have a package there but they would not get it for me.
The guys at UPS Monroe Always have great customer service and get things done quickly and with great quality.
