Dr. Andrea Hill's expertise as a pediatrician is extraordinary. She is extremely knowledgeable and dedicated to her patients. Our family was referred to Dr. Hill when our youngest son had trouble with his peripheral vision as a teenager. After her evaluation she referred us to several specialists to rule out any further complications after the scan showed him having a stroke years ago. It is truly a blessing to have all three of our sons under the care of Dr. Andrea Hill. Thank you for all you do!!!
Dr Hill and her staff are the VERY BEST in Georgia. We have been going to her for 19 years!
I am so glad I decided to take my kids to Dr. Hill!

-Third reason not to go to this office: I am a new mother. I do not know much of babies with my daughter being my first child. Yes, my mother helps me so I take advantage of that, what single mother with two full-time jobs wouldn't?..Saying that, everyone in my house hold had bronchitis and the doctors here knew that because my 5 year old and 3 year old sisters had an appointment to be tested and the results came back positive. But I didn't have it, probably because I'm not home like they are; I needed to get my 2 and a half month tested just to be sure. I made an appointment; they tested her blood, pea, and ears. Waiting for the results the lady came back in the room telling me she had a viruse but when I asked what kind she didn't know, but they said I could go home and "if she gets worse take her to the ready clinic or the children's hospital in Atlanta because she could get pneumonia fast." It made me more sad than mad and I didn't know what to say to the doctors or nurses so I called my mother to let her know what they said. She called the doctors office to ask them again what the results were that. Maybe I heard wrong or didn't understand what they were saying to me and they basically repeated everything to her from what they said to me- I was standing right there listening to what they were saying to my mom. Later that day after I took her to the ready clinic to get a better understand on what I should do or how could I help my sick child then Dr. Hill called telling us that my daughter has a respiratory virus and there's nothing they can do because she is a baby and if my mom calls down there again like that they were going to discontinue us as patients. For her being concerned?
-One reason not to go to this office: I am a hard working single mother that has two full-time jobs; I do not keep track of my days very well. Apparently I had a doctors appointment in December 2016, but didn't go because I forgot about it or didn't keep track of it like I should have.. Most offices call a day or so before the appointment to make sure the patient is coming to the appointment.. Any ways I got a bill in the mail saying I owe a certain amount of money to the office for misses a couple of days and if I missed a third day they would see me anymore. I called the office and spoke with a person from the front desk and as I was explaining to her that I was sorry for missing the days and why I had missed them. I told her that I didn't even know of the second appointment that whoever scheduled for me and I asked her about them calling before the appointment and she replied "Oh, those calls are not for every patient, we only call patients we enjoy." I was so mad and said never mind I'm done with this office.
-Two reasons not to go to this office: My brother recently injured his back at school lifting weights, so my mother makes an appointment and brings him up there. Of course they gave him some pain reliever and then referred him to a doctor in loganville for his back for some X-rays. It's been two weeks since we've heard anything. Finally, Ms. Brendra calls from their loganville office and says "His scoliosis tests are back and they are negative so there will be no worrys." We told her that's not what we were worried about and explained to her what happened and she says "they will have to get back with us" after it's been two weeks. Okay a half of a week goes by so TODAY my mother calls the office and tells them what Ms. Brenda told her and asked when will they receive the results. The lady at the front office put my mom on hold, then notified her that the office couldn't find the results. Then my moms asked for a doctors excuse because his coach needs a doctors referral saying his back is injured and he can't participate or they'll kick him off for missing so many days. The lady asked my mom if she wanted to speak with Ms. Brenda about that, saying that she couldn't help her with that. She just gave up and hung up like why would she need to speak to someone else for an excuse??? It's like am I being pranked or what.
