I was referred to this place by O'Reilly's auto parts when I needed some help to go back home safely. I had an oil change on my car right before I came to Monroe and I found out that the panel under my car was coming off. O'Reilly refused to take the panel off for me due to liability issue but when I went to Pepboys they listened to me and welcomed me in. The 2 guys at the front desk (sorry I didn't even check your names) were super nice and let me take pictures of the condition of the car when I asked and let my daughter in to check, too. The mechanic was nice enough and helped us and I was very thankful for those three guys there. They helped me with whatever they can and my daughter and I got home safely (1.5 + hours drive) to our family. And they didn't even charge us for the help they provided to a perfect stranger we were to them. Thank you again to those 3 guys for patching up my ''sexy lexy''(that's my car's name) Thank you again for making me feel safe to go home. It really means a lot to me.

We had an amazing experience at the Pep Boys in Monroe! The staff was very helpful in explaining everything that was happening with our car, and got everything done in a timely manner! Garret, at the front desk, was very pleasantly and made our visit go very smoothly! Would definitely recommend anyone looking for good service!
This evening I was involved in a minor collision with one of your mechanics backing a truck out of one of the bays at your Monroe Ga location as I was backing up to an available parking spot as my friend went in for services to another vehicle. The police were called for the accident report and never did I or the mechanic involved dispute who was at fault. There was no horn blown when he exited the bay prior to our collision but we both calmly awaited for the police (State Trooper). My purpose for this post is to complain about the manager there at this time and his role. The customer who was there having repairs done to the vehicle involved was belligerent after the collision. The manager at no time attempted to control this customer from cursing me and going in and out of the office area countless times becoming more and more combative with me. He at one time before the officer arrived allowed her to view the video that only escalated her temper even more. There was another customer there that did try to mediate the woman’s abusive behavior and language but never did any of your employees try to calm her irrational behavior. Accidents are going to happen, Im glad Im not the type of personality that is easily incited by these situations and can maintain a clear head, this could have ended much worse.
