Fu(king incompetent people (BB&T in general) they started by screwing up home address. 4 months later I pay $35 on a account that's not negative just to close the account and leave, after they shredded my card and said the account was closed and over with WRONG. These retards kept mailing the wrong address for 6 months until it made it to me and saying I owe $60 because it wasn't closed properly. It doesn't end there, after going in public I notify someone in an office of my issue and get no assistance only a business card with hours on when they can actually do their job. BB&T is a complete joke NEVER TRUST THEM!
